By accepting this agreement you waive and hold harmless DJHPartners, Inc. from any claims resulting from any action taken by DJHPartners, Inc. during or as a result of its investigations and/or from any actions taken as a consequence of investigations by either DJHPartners, Inc. or law enforcement authorities.

Refunds, Cancellations, and Billing Policy

Products, Download Products, Online Training Programs, Coaching and Consulting, Presentations are subject to the terms and conditions listed for each individual service program or product. Services are not covered under product guarantees. Coaching services do not guarantee client success. Clients need to implement and do the work to see results.
DJHPartners, Inc. has rights to change refund policy at anytime, but will be reflected on future orders not past orders.

Any stated guarantee per product purchased starts from the purchase date. Refund requests or products returned after the refund policy has expired are not subject to a refund and a refund will not be issued.

Products returned after the policy has expired will be shipped back to the customer at their expense or destroyed.

Be sure to include ALL of your contact information: Full Name, Email and the name of the course you wish to have refunded so we can find you in the system. The final decision is at the discretion of the management of DJHPartners, Inc..

Free Trial

In some cases we may offer and you may agree to a free trial. A valid credit card is required to start the trial. At the time of activation of the trial your card will be authorized for either $1 or the full amount of purchase price. Note: At this point funds have not been collected but may show up on your account. The authorization will expire at the end of 30 business days. You have not been billed at this point.

At the end of the trial you agree and will be billed for the full purchase price. You are under no obligation and can cancel at anytime during the free trial period and your card will never be billed.

Miscellaneous

These Terms of Use will be governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of Minnesota, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. You specifically consent to personal jurisdiction in Minnesota in connection with any dispute between you and DJHPartners, Inc. arising out of these Terms of Use or pertaining to the subject matter hereof. The parties to these Terms of Use each agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute between the parties arising out of these Terms of Use or pertaining to the subject matter of these Terms of Use will be in the state and federal courts in Hennepin County, Minnesota. If any part of these Terms of Use is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement among the parties relating to this subject matter. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any additional terms and conditions on this site will govern the items to which they pertain DJHPartners, Inc. may revise these Terms of Use at any time by updating this posting.
